You may not use, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, or modify the IBA trademarks in any way, including in advertising or publicity pertaining to distribution of materials on the websites, without the authorization given to you in advance by the IBA in writing.

The IBA prohibits use of the IBA name or the IBA trademarks as a ‘hot’ link to any IBA website unless establishment of such a link is approved in advance by the IBA in writing.
