Diyab Dabschah 🇵🇸 wins the IBA Intercontinental title!
It was a balanced fight against a strong opponent from Kazakhstan, Kurkaev, who gave his best effort, while Dabschah maintained control with clear and effective boxing. The match was shaping up to be closely contested until Kurkaev suffered a knee injury, forcing the ringside doctor to stop the fight early in the 6th round.
The collaboration with the GBA commission was both friendly and professional, with experienced and high-quality officials. A big thanks to them and their supervisor, Mr. Thomas Hartenberg, for their excellent teamwork.
Discussions have also taken place regarding future events, in partnership with the GBA commission in Germany. As for the boxer, Mr. Dabschah, we will provide updates soon as he has expressed interest in working with IBA on upcoming events.
