No good fights without good officials!
\nThe IBA has always been known for its impartiality and the excellence of its judges, referees, and supervisors worldwide. Inspired by the influence of the illustrious Steve Smoger, they carry the rich legacy of 1990s USA boxing, an era when legends of the sport were made.
\nBecoming a registered official with the IBA requires excellent ability and a strong CV, and it is no easy task, as it also requires a vote from the global board. However, once the door is opened, it signifies a lifelong membership in the great family of professional boxing.
\nIBA officials continue the legacy of the late, illustrious Steve Smoger \ud83c\uddfa\ud83c\uddf8, the world\u2019s best referee and former IBA Vice President (RIP Steve \ud83d\ude4f).
\nSteve Smoger, with his professionalism, kindness, and charisma, had the unique ability to elevate a fight, adding a special touch by highlighting every action and every moment.
